LFIS Volunteer Co-Ordinator, Emily, takes time to thank our volunteers
Last week we had our annual thank you dinner with our volunteers to just express how thankful we are for all their hard work and dedication to our team. Catching the last of the sun we had a BBQ and chatted. It is always remarkable how many volunteers we have and how many different areas of our work they are involved in. This year we have seen Jo give her time to us, 4 days a week, to get alongside young people and mentor them. This has opened the door to more volunteer mentors signing up to support students in their local school. In City of Leeds school the lunch club their has multiplied into three different groups, none of which would be possible if it weren’t for the work from Matt, Grace and Hannah this year. New groups, admin and lessons wouldn’t be possible without the continual hard work and sacrifice of our volunteers – Thank you!
Thank You
